in Nigeria in accordance with the rules and regulations
of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, Nigerian
Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV)
and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration
Board of Nigeria (ESVRBON).

CORPORATE
OBJECTIVES
- To
establish a high and reputable standard of professional
conduct and practice in the real estate practice.
- To
secure and improve the technical knowledge which
constitutes estate surveying and valuation by participating
in and organizing seminars, workshops, continued
professional development courses, conferences etc.
- To
promote the general interest of the firm and to
maintain and extend its usefulness for the public
good by serving members of the public, international
communities, companies, institutions, government
bodies, multinationals, world bodies, associations
etc. within the scope of the profession.
- To
promote the development of the estate surveying
and valuation profession by working in close collaboration
with universities and the Nigerian Institution of
Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
CHRISTIAN
AID
The
Firm has convenanted and is committed to the following
Christian Aids:
- To
render all forms of help to orphans
- To
provide for legal aid to Christian Prisoners.
PROFESSIONAL
DEPARTMENTS
Our
professional departments; Agency, Valuation/Appraisal,
Property Management, Facility Management, Project
Management and Property Development, are manned by
qualified and experienced Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
We are affiliated to other allied professional practices
such as architecture, quantity surveying, mechanical,
electrical and civil engineering and legal. We have
ready access to their expertise.
PERSONNEL

brief resume of the key associate professional staff
of the firm is as follows:
CHUDI
S. NGWULUKA
•
He obtained his B. Sc. Estate Management Degree (Second
Class Honours Upper Division) in 1997 from the University
of Nigeria Nsukka and won the Chief Simon Okeke Award
for the best graduating student in valuation, 1997.
•
He undertook his one year National Service with the
Nassarawa State Ministry of Works and Housing before
joining the firm of Ubosi Eleh & Co., Estate Surveyors
and Valuers. He later joined Messrs. Udoetuk &
Associates, Estate Surveyors and Valuers, where he
headed their valuation department and was property
manager of an eleven storey office complex in Ikeja
under the firm’s brief.

In 2002, he won the prestigious S. P. O. Fortune Ebie
Award as the best overall candidate in the test of
professional competence examinations, awarded by the
National Council of the Nigerian Institution of Estate
Surveyors and Valuers.
•
He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution
of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Nigerian
Institute of Management (NIM). He is a Life Member
of the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship
International.

He has attended conferences, seminars and workshops
on topical real estate issues like, valuation, facility
management and petroleum exploration.

FEES
When
commissioned, our fees shall be in accordance with
the Scale of Professional Charges of the Nigerian
Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as approved
by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
